Basic information - summary of the most important laws in force

An advanced health care system at a professional level is very expensive and it is recommended that every foreigner is insured to avoid problems associated with payment in case of illness or accident.

Current legislation, which is the source of the information contained herein:

  • Resolution of the Czech National Council No. 2/1993, on “The Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms”, which is a part of the basic rights constitutionally guaranteed in the Czech Republic.
